孙曙光，女，博士，中共党员，山东师范大学工商管理系讲师，工商管理专业硕士（MBA）导师。于长春理工大学企业管理专业获得硕士学位，于吉林大学工业工程专业获得博士学位，具有企业管理、工业工程交叉学科背景。于2015年9月入职山东师范大学。
教学方面
承担管理学、招聘与筛选、工作分析、创业管理、客户关系管理等课程。承担校级重点教改课题3项。指导本科生发表10余篇论文，获得大学生创新创业训练计划项目校级、省级立项，获得“三创赛”省级奖以及获得两次优秀本科毕业论文奖等。
科研方面
研究方向为创新管理、系统可靠性管理。近年来，已在国内外权威刊物发表学术论文20余篇；作为主持人承担省级项目2项，厅级项目 1项，校级项目2 项。此外，参加了多项国家级和省部级课题的研究。
Basic information
Sun Shuguang,female, doctor, member of the Communist Party of China, lecturer of Department of Business Administration of Shandong Normal University, master of Business Administration (MBA) supervisor. She obtained a master's degree in business management from Changchun University of science and technology and a doctor's degree in industrial engineering from Jilin University. She has interdisciplinary background of business management and industrial engineering. She joined Shandong Normal University in September 2015.
Teaching
She has undertaken the teaching of management, recruitment and screening,job analysis, entrepreneurship management, customer relationship management and other courses. Moreover, she has undertaken three key educational reform projects at the school level. She has guided undergraduates to publish more than 10 papers, win the university level and provincial level project of innovation and entrepreneurship training program for undergraduates, win the provincial award at National University Student E-Commerce "Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship" Challenge Competition, and obtain two excellent undergraduate thesis awards.
Scientific research
The research direction is innovation management and system reliability management. In recent years, She has published more than 20 academic papers in authoritative journals at home and abroad.As a host, She has undertaken two provincial projects, one department level project and two school level projects. In addition, she participated in a number of national and provincial research projects.
