张金艳，女，博士，
毕业于山东大学管理学院企业管理专业。
主讲《旅游财务管理》、《客户关系管理》、《应用文写作》等课程。长期从事产业组织与企业成长的研究，主要从商业模式创新、数字化技术创新等方面展开。
近5年在重要学术期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文多篇，代表作有《颠覆性技术应用何以创造价值优势?——基于商业模式创新视角》、《高管建议寻求、决策偏好与商业模式创新》等。研究成果获2019年山东省研究生优秀成果奖一等奖。参加第七届中国商业文化与管理学术会议、第六届网络治理与商业模式创新研讨会，参会论文《转型经济环境下公司企业家精神与商业模式创新关系研究》被评为优秀会议论文。
参与国家社科基金重大项目《“两业”融合推动中国制造业高质量发展研究》、山东省社会科学规划研究重点项目《供给侧结构性改革与山东省制造业新旧动能转换对策》等。
Jinyan Zhang, female, recieved the Ph.D degree in enterprise management from the school of management, Shandong University. She mainly teaches the following courses: Tourism Financial Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Practical Writing.
Her research interests focus on industrial organization and enterprise growth, mainly from the perspective of business model innovation, digital technology innovation. In recent 5 years, as the first author or corresponding author, she has published several papers, for example, “How does Disruptive Technology Application Create Value Advantage? From the Perspective of Business Model Innovation”, “Top Managers’ Advice Seeking, Decision-making Preferences and Business Model Innovation”. She received the first prize of Shandong excellent achievement award for Postgraduates in 2019.
She has participated in several conferences such as the 7th China Academic Conference on Business culture and Management, the 6th Symposium on Network Governance and Business Model Innovation, where the paper with title “Research on the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and business model innovation in the transitional economic environment” was awarded the excellent conference paper.
She has participated in several projects: the National Social Science Fund “Research on the integration of ‘two industries’ to promote the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry”, the Shandong Social Science Fund “Countermeasures for supply side structural reform and new and old kinetic energy transformation of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province”.
