个人简介：
张蒙，女，管理学博士，硕士生导师，美国德克萨斯大学访问学者。
研究方向：知识共享、虚拟社区、绿色物流和企业创新等。
主讲课程：《组织行为学》、《博弈论》、《信息经济学》、《管理信息系统》、《网络信息传播》、《信息资源管理》、《领导学》、《跨文化管理》、《工作分析》、《信息检索》、《社会学》、《电子商务系统规划与设计》、《物联网概论》、《企业运营模拟》等。
科研经验：主持或参与国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科基金、中国博士后科学基金、山东省社会科学规划基金、山东省自然科学基金等多项，发表SSCI/SCI/CSSCI/EI检索论文多篇。Journal of Consumer Behavior, Environment, Development and Sustainability，Kybernetes, 等期刊审稿人.

MENG ZHANG is currently an Associate Professor and a Master Instructor with the Business School, Shandong Normal University, China.
She received the Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2016. She visited The University of Texas at San Antonio as a Research Scholar in 2019 and 2020.
At Shandong Normal University, Dr. Zhang teaches courses in management science/operations management and human resource management at the undergraduate and MBA levels.
Her research interests include virtual community, social media, green logistics, and enterprise innovation. She has published many academic articles which indexed by SSCI, SCI, CSSCI, EI and presided over multiple projects at the national level of China. She is also a Reviewer of the Journal of Consumer Behavior, Kybernetes, and Environment, Development and Sustainability.
Dr. Zhang has also directed a number of national college student innovation and entrepreneurship competitions. She received the Shandong Normal University’s Outstanding Instructor of National College Students Entrepreneurship Competition Award, the PEAK TIME Business Simulation Competition’s Outstanding Instructor Award. She also received the Shandong Normal University’s Outstanding Instructor of Excellent Bachelor Degree Thesis Award.
