商学院召开第一次国际化示范学院运营会议

2021年3月29日，国际化示范学院运营工作启动会议在长清湖校区文渊楼A区213召开。院党委书记魏成武同志主持会议，夏同水院长、刘钻扩副院长及相关部门负责同志出席会议。

成立国际化示范学院是扎实推进商学院国际化工作的重要战略举措，对提升学院国际化办学水平和推进国际学术交流都具有非常重要的意义。国际化示范学院要两条腿走路。一是存量提质：在现有合作项目基础上，探索更加多样的合作方式，尤其是加强研究生领域的合作，提高办学层次。二是寻求增量：引进国外高质量的科研资源，加强学术领域的合作，搭建高水平的研究平台。全英项目是商学院国际化工作的重要部分，随着全英教学的不断成熟，将尝试将全英教学资源向其他国家输出。

在本次会议上，李斐斐老师就如何推动全英教学等方面做了发言。学院领导非常认可全英团队的老师们为了讲好英文课而付出的巨大努力，会协助老师们解决授课过程中的问题，为老师们提供全力支持。学院领导鼓励老师们要多探索、多尝试，深研教学方法，调动学生热情，向高质量、高标准的全英课迈进。

On March 29, 2021, a meeting on the operation of the Internationalization Demonstration College was held in 213, Wenyuan Building A, Changqing Lake Campus. Comrade Wei Chengwu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, presided over the meeting, andDeanXia Tongshui, Vice President LiuZuankuoand other teachers in charge of relevant departments attended the meeting.

The establishment of Internationalization Demonstration College is an important strategic initiative to promote the internationalization of business school, which is of great significance to enhance the internationalization level of the college and promote international academic exchanges. Internationalization model college should walk on two legs. One is to improve the quality: on the basis of the existing cooperation projects, explore more diverse ways of cooperation, especially to strengthen cooperation in the field of graduate students and improve the level of schooling. The second is to seek incremental quantity: introduce foreign high-quality scientific research resources, strengthen cooperation in academic fields, and build high-level research platforms. The all-English program is an important part of the internationalization work of the business school, and as the all-English teaching continues to mature, it will try to export the all-English teaching resources to other countries.

In this meeting, Ms. Fei-Fei Li made a speech on how to promote All-English teaching and other aspects. The college leaders recognized the great efforts made by the teachers of the All-English team to teach English classes well, and would assist the teachers in solving problems in the teaching process and provide them with full support. The college leaders encouraged the teachers to explore and experiment more, to study deeply the teaching methods, to mobilize students' enthusiasm, and to move forward to high-quality and high-standard All-English classes.
