教育国际化战略是建设具有国际视野高水平大学的必由之路,更是服务国家、区域和行业发展的重要支点。借助建设国际化示范学院的良好契机,工商管理专业开设全英文课程,基本覆盖了工商管理专业的专业核心课以及部分选修课。实施全英文课程培养方案,将大力推进国家一流专业的创建工作,对于学院深化国际合作办学、拓宽国际人才培养具有重要意义。
一、培养目标
培养具有管理学、经济学基础理论和国际视野,掌握现代工商企业管理理论、方法与技能,熟悉企业国际化经营、人力资源管理与房地产经营管理领域的管理实践,具有国际竞争力、战略性创新思维、独立科研能力和组织领导才能,能够在工商企业、事业单位、政府部门等从事管理、策划和科研工作的应用基础型、复合型、创新型的国际化管理人才。
二、培养要求
1.掌握管理学、经济学、跨文化管理的基本理论和基本方法,以及企业国际化经营、人力资源管理与房地产经营管理领域的理论、方法与技能,掌握工商管理专业发展的前沿趋势及动态。
2.掌握坚实、系统的工商管理基础理论,了解工商管理专业发展的历史与演变过程,了解相近专业的一般原理和知识,了解学科发展的总体趋势,以适应社会发展的要求。
3.熟练应用企业国际化经营、人力资源管理与房地产经营管理领域的相关理论与技术,解决各类组织中的运营、人事与战略问题。
4.具有较强的计算机应用能力,掌握资料查询、文献检索及运用现代信息技术获取相关信息的基本方法,具有撰写论文和参与学术交流的能力。
5.了解国家科学技术及知识产权等有关政策和法规。
6.具备综合运用所学知识分析和解决问题的基本能力以及一定的科学研究和实际工作的基础。
7. 外国留学生毕业前需达到 HSK的4级水平,授予学位证、毕业证。

基于目标导向、循序渐进的原则,全英文教学项目将依据《工商管理专业本科人才培养方案》,陆续开设更多的全英课程,以实现对课程体系的全英文覆盖。
四、实施计划
(1)全英文授课项目目前面向2020级及以后的工商管理专业本科生及留学生开设。未来将着重以留学生为主,同时鼓励中国学生自愿进入全英课堂听课。
(2)全英授课教师全权负责所授班级的考核工作。为进一步对接国际化教学模式,会强化对学生的过程考核,过程考核比重至少在40%以上。
(3)为保证教学效果,全英团队的教师必须开设1-2次教学示范课,必须参与教学方面的集体及个人培训,并积极参与学院组织的专家教学讲座、教学研讨等活动。同时,商学院会设立严格的教学督导制度,接受督导专家的随堂听课。
(4)每个学期的期末将组织学生对每位全英授课教师的教学效果进行定性和定量评价,最大程度的协助和督促教师不断提高教学质量。
(5)选择全英授课项目的同学在毕业论文、实习实践及学分等方面的管理和考核,依据工商管专业(本科)培养方案执行。
English Teaching Program for Undergraduates
The strategy of education internationalization is the only way to build a high-level university with an international perspective, and it is also an important fulcrum for serving the development of the country, region and industry. Taking advantage of the good opportunity of building an international model college, the business administration major offers full-English courses, which generally cover the core professional courses and some elective courses of the business administration major. The implementation of the full-English curriculum training program will vigorously promote the creation of national first-class majors, which is of great significance for the college to deepen international cooperation in running schools and broaden the training of international talents.
I. Teaching Objectives
Develop application-based, compound, and innovative international management talents that master modern business management theories, methods and skills, are familiar with management practices in the fields of enterprise internationalization, human resource management and real estate management, with international competitiveness, strategic innovative thinking, independent scientific research capabilities, and organizational leadership. Student will be able to engage in management, planning and scientific research in industrial and commercial enterprises, institutions, government departments, etc.
II. Teaching Requirements
1. Master the basic theories and basic methods of management, economics, and cross-cultural management, as well as the theories, methods and skills in the fields of enterprise internationalization, human resource management and real estate management, and grasp the frontier trends and trends in the development of business management.
2. Grasp a solid and systematic basic theory of business management, understand the history and evolution of the development of business management, understand the general principles and knowledge of similar majors, and understand the overall trend of discipline development to meet the requirements of social development.
3. Proficiency in applying relevant theories and technologies in corporate internationalization, human resource management and real estate management to solve operational, personnel and strategic issues in various organizations.
4. Have strong computer application ability, master the basic methods of data query, document retrieval and able to apply modern information technology to obtain relevant information, and have the ability to write papers and participate in academic exchanges.
5. Learn about national science and technology, intellectual property and other relevant policies and regulations.
6. Have the basic ability to comprehensively use the knowledge learned to analyze and solve problems, as well as a certain scientific research and practical work foundation.
7. Foreign students must reach HSK Level 4 before graduation and obtaining the degree certificate and graduation certificate.

Based on the principle of goal-oriented and gradual progress, the full-English teaching program will continue to offer more English courses in accordance with the Business Administration Undergraduate Talent Training Program” to achieve full English coverage of the curriculum system.
IV. Implementation plan
(1) The English-taught program is currently open to undergraduates majoring in business administration of the class of 2020 and later ,and international students. In the future, it will focus on international students, while encouraging Chinese students to voluntarily take part in English classrooms.
(2) Teachers who teach English-taught class are fully responsible for the assessment. In order to further connect with the international teaching model, the process assessment of students will be strengthened, and the proportion of process assessment shall be at least 40%.
(3) In order to ensure the teaching effect, the teachers of the English-taught program must offer 1 to 2 teaching demonstration classes, must participate in collective and personal training in teaching, and actively participate in expert lectures, teaching seminars and other activities organized by the college. Meanwhile, the business school will set up a strict teaching supervision system and accept lectures from supervisory experts.
(4) At the end of each semester, students will be organized to conduct a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the teaching effect of each English-tuition teacher, to assist and supervise teachers to the greatest extent to continuously improve the quality of teaching.
(5) The management and assessment of students who choose the English-taught program in terms of graduation thesis, internship practice, and credits shall be implemented in accordance with the business management (undergraduate) professional training program.
