培养要求

1.学科知识:掌握管理学、经济学的基础知识,掌握现代企业管理的基础理论和应用知识,熟悉国内外企业管理学科的最新研究成果和发展动向。

2.学术素养:具有综合人文素质,遵守研究伦理,维护知识产权,保持严谨的求是风格;对企业管理学科抱有积极的求知欲望、较强的创新精神和严谨的科研作风;扎实掌握企业管理基础理论,拥有较强的实践能力和应变能力,能够运用企业管理理论与方法、信息技术、定性与定量相结合的系统分析方法和相应的技术方法等解决企业的实际问题;能够追踪、了解企业管理学科发展前沿与学术动态,具有一定的研究视野和科研能力。

3.学术道德:恪守学术规范,讲究学术道德,坚守学术诚信,完善学术人格,尊重他人劳动成果,杜绝抄袭剽窃,杜绝弄虚作假,反对一稿多投,抵制学术不端行为,养成优良的学术道德。

、研究方向

1.企业战略管理与营销: 以企业战略理论、营销理论演变和战略管理过程为主线,研究如何根据企业内部资源与外部环境制定战略目标,实现企业战略的高效实施,最终促成战略目标的达成;研究营销管理方法和策略,制定并实现营销目标。学生需要掌握企业战略管理和营销管理领域的重要理论基础,比较研究国内外企业战略管理和营销管理实务,发掘并探讨企业战略管理和营销管理的前沿问题。

2.人力资源管理:以员工招聘、薪酬管理、绩效管理、员工关系管理、激励与监督等内容作研究对象,研究如何通过调动员工工作积极性,形成企业内部的有效激励氛围,将员工目标与企业目标相融合,最终实现企业的健康、快速发展。学生应掌握人力资源管理的基础性理论框架,了解该领域的前沿问题,比较、分析国内外组织行为与人力资源管理的理论及实务差异。

3.供应链管理与跨国经营: 以供应链设计规划与运作、跨国经营、国际物流与一带一路倡议等内容为研究对象,研究供应链管理中战略决策、运营规划、运作实施路径、供应链节点企业决策制定及实施,以及跨国经营相关理论及实施对策、国际物流运营规划等问题。学生需掌握现代物流及供应链管理和跨国经营领域的基本理论,了解该领域的前沿问题,分析发掘和解决供应链管理与跨国经营理论及实践问题。

4.房地产企业经营管理从管理学和企业经营管理的理论和实践出发,以房地产企业为主要研究对象,研究房地产企业内部管理方法、房地产项目开发运营模式、品牌经营、产品策划、产业融合、市场营销、行业发展趋势等相关内容,研究房地产企业经营规律,分析宏观经济政策对房地产企业发展的影响,比较国内外房地产企业经营特色,探讨房地产企业经营管理前沿问题,促进房地产企业转型升级。

、培养方式

1.硕士研究生培养以课程学习和实践教学并重。

2.硕士研究生培养采取导师负责与集体培养相结合的方式,导师是硕士研究生培养的第一责任人,导师组由4-8人组成,配合导师,充分发挥集体培养优势。

3.硕士研究生教学形式应灵活多样,提倡采用研讨班、专题式、启发式等多种教学方法,把课堂讲授、交流研讨、案例分析等有机结合,加强对研究生创新能力的培养。

、学制与总学分

研究生学制为3年,最长学习年限为4年,其中课程学习1-1.5年,学位论文工作时间一般不少于12个月。提前修满学分、完成学位论文并达到学校和本学科规定条件的硕士生,可申请提前毕业。提前毕业时间一般为一年。

为推进研究生教育国际化,培养学生国际化视野,鼓励研究生赴境外高校交流学习,符合学校相关规定的,可以确认相关课程学分。

、课程设置及学分分配

研究生课程实行学分制,应修总学分不少于28学分,其中课程学分不少于24学分,学术活动2学分,实践活动2学分。具体结构为:

1.基础课程:公共基础课程2门,修满8学分;学科基础课程2门,修满6学分。

2.选修课程:专业选修课程每门课2学分,至少修满10学分。

3.创新实践:学术研讨2学分,实践环节2学分。

4.补修课程:本科非管理类专业的硕士研究生,还应补修本科专业课程12门,补修课程成绩必须合格但不记学分;同等学力考入的硕士研究生须按导师补修要求至少学习两门以上的本科课程,补修课程成绩必须合格但不记学分。

、创新实践环节

企业管理专业突出创新实践能力的培养,将创新实践环节作为研究生必修环节,具体包括学术研讨和其他实践形式等,共计4个学分。

1.学术研讨:为拓宽研究生的学术视野,促进研究生关注和了解学科前沿的发展,本专业将为硕士研究生举办较高水平的学术报告、开展学科前沿讲座等。要求每名硕士生在学期间参加学术论坛、学术讲座、学术会议等校内外各类学术研讨不少于10次,主讲学术讲座不少于2次,至少撰写专业文献综述1篇。学术研讨计2学分。

2.其他实践形式:包括科研实践、教学实践和社会实践(含社会调查、生产实践)等,计2学分。其中,科研实践必选,教学实践和社会实践至少应选择一种。

科研实践形式包括参与导师课题研究、完成自主申报科研课题及参与人才培养基地和学科研究基地研究项目等。教学实践的形式包括课堂讲授、批改作业、指导实验、答疑解难等。社会实践的形式可以是社会调查、技术推广、咨询、科技开发、专业实习及公益劳动等。教学实践与社会实践的考核由接受研究生参与实践的部门与指导教师综合评定。

研究生每次参加的学术研讨和其他实践形式等都需有详细记录和不低于2000字的学术心得,毕业前形成个人创新实践活动手册,由导师或学科组进行考核,考核合格后方可参加毕业论文答辩。

、中期考核

研究生在课程学习结束后、学位论文开题前,需要进行一次中期考核。中期考核内容应包括思想政治表现,基础理论、专业知识的掌握、文献阅读综述报告和科研能力等方面。

、科学研究与学位论文

1.科学研究

研究生在学期间应取得一定的科研成果,具体形式和要求由各学位评定分委员会根据学校总体要求和各学科发布的《硕士学位基本要求》来制定,应不低于学校的最低要求。

2.学位论文

学位论文是综合衡量研究生培养质量和学术水平的重要标志,为确保论文质量,实行严格的论文审核制度。
  1)论文开题
   第三学期期末确定有理论意义和实践意义的毕业(学位)论文题目,通过论文开题报告论证,并写出论文研究计划。
  2)论文工作检查
   硕士研究生用于学位论文的工作时间一般不少于一年,导师组定期检查论文写作计划的进展和完成情况,并给予有针对性的指导。
  3)论文答辩及学位授予
   论文查重、论文预审(预答辩)、论文评审、论文答辩以及学位授予工作严格按照山东师范大学的相关规定与要求执行。
   学位论文规范格式、学位论文质量标准、学位论文的评审和答辩要符合国家学位条例、国家深化研究生教育改革的新要求、山东师范大学学位授予工作细则等有关文件规定。

十、毕业及学位授予

研究生学习期满,修满规定的学分、成绩合格,并完成创新实践环节、中期考核、学位论文等规定的培养环节,通过论文答辩,准予毕业;经校学位评定委员会审议通过后,可授予管理学硕士学位。

English Teaching Program for Overseas Postgraduates

I. Teaching Objectives

Develop high-level and compound talents with independent scientific research spirit, good academic quality, solid business management theoretical foundation, systematic professional knowledge and diversified management skills. Meanwhile, develop students’ innovative spirit and teamwork ability, train students who are with international vision and ability to think, analyze and solve problems, able to independently engage in scientific research and teaching in the field of economic management, and able to undertake actual management work in enterprises.

II. Teaching Requirements

1. Disciplinary knowledge: Master the basic knowledge of management and economics, master the basic theories and applied knowledge of modern business management, and be familiar with the latest research results and development trends of domestic and foreign business management disciplines.

2. Academic literacy: Possess comprehensive humanistic qualities, abide by research ethics, safeguard intellectual property rights, and maintain a rigorous and truth-seeking style; have a positive desire for knowledge, a strong innovative spirit and a rigorous scientific research style of business management discipline; have a solid grasp of the basic theories of business management, strong practical ability and adaptability; able to use enterprise management theories and methods, information technology, qualitative and quantitative system analysis methods and corresponding technical methods to solve the actual problems of the enterprise; able to track and understand the frontier and academic trends of the development of business management disciplines, and have a certain research vision and scientific research capabilities.

3. Academic ethics: Abide by academic norms, follow academic ethics, adhere to academic integrity, improve academic personality, respect the work of others, avoid plagiarism, avoid falsification, prevent multiple submissions per manuscript, resist academic misconduct, and cultivate good academics moral.

4. Academic ability: Have a strong ability to acquire knowledge, be able to read and use relevant academic journals and databases proficiently, have the ability to collect, organize and evaluate basic documents, and have a solid grasp of the standard and commonly used scientific research methods of business administration disciplines; possess strong scientific research capabilities, be familiar with the existing research results and academic development trends of the business management discipline, be good at integrating theory with practice, be good at refining scientific issues, and be able to carry out scientific research independently or in cooperation; possess strong practical ability, go deep into the company through internships or project research, focus on observing, tracking and summarizing the problems faced in management practice; able to use business management theories and methods to carry out research on practical problems, and able to perform practical work in relevant management positions;

III. Direction of Research

1. Corporate strategic management and marketing: Taking corporate strategy theory, marketing theory evolution and strategic management process as the basis, study how to formulate strategic goals according to the internal resources and external environment of the enterprise, achieve the efficient implementation of corporate strategy, and ultimately promote the achievement of strategic goals; study marketing management methods and strategies, formulate and achieve marketing goals. Students need to master the important theoretical foundations in corporate strategic management and marketing management, compare and study domestic and foreign corporate strategic management and marketing management practices, and discover and explore the frontier issues of corporate strategic management and marketing management.

2. Human resource management: Taking employee recruitment, salary management, performance management, employee relationship management, incentives and supervision, etc. as the research objects, study how to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to form an effective incentive atmosphere within the company, integrate employee goals with corporate goals, and ultimately achieve healthy and rapid development of the company. Students should master the basic theoretical framework of human resource management, understand the frontier issues in this field, and compare and analyze the theoretical and practical differences between domestic and foreign organizational behavior and human resource management.

3. Supply chain management and multinational operations: Taking supply chain design, planning and operation, multinational operations, international logistics and the “One Belt and One Road” initiative as the research objects, study strategic decision-making, operation planning, operation implementation path, supply chain node enterprise decision-making and implementation in supply chain management, as well as related theories and implementation countermeasures of transnational operation, international logistics operation planning and other issues. Students need to master the basic theories of modern logistics and supply chain management and transnational operation, understand the frontier issues in this field, analyze, explore and solve the theoretical and practical problems of supply chain management and transnational operation.

4. Real estate business management: Starting from the theory and practice of management and business management, taking real estate companies as the main research object, study the internal management methods of real estate companies, real estate project development and operation models, brand management, product planning, industrial integration, marketing, industry development trends and other related content, study the operating rules of real estate enterprises, analyze the impact of macroeconomic policies on the development of real estate enterprises, compare the operating characteristics of real estate enterprises at home and abroad, explore the frontier issues of real estate business management, and promote the transformation and upgrading of real estate enterprises.

IV. Training Methods

1. The curriculum of master’s degree students emphasizes both curriculum learning and practical teaching.

2. The training of postgraduates adopts a combination of supervisor responsibility and collective training. The supervisor is the first person responsible for postgraduate training. The supervisor group is composed of 4 to 8 people. With the help of supervisors, the curriculum gives full play to the advantages of collective training.

3. The teaching methods of postgraduates should be flexible and diverse, and a variety of teaching methods such as seminars, special topics, heuristics, etc. should be advocated, and classroom lectures, exchanges and seminars, and case analysis should be organically combined to strengthen the cultivation of postgraduates’ innovative ability.

V. School System and Total Credits

The postgraduate school system is 3 years, and the longest study period is 4 years, of which there is 1 to 1.5 years of course study, and the working time of the thesis is generally no less than 12 months. Master’s students who have completed the credits in advance, completed the thesis and met the requirements of the school and the discipline, can apply for early graduation. Early graduation is generally one year ahead of regular graduation.

In order to promote the internationalization of postgraduate education, cultivate students’ international vision, and encourage postgraduates to go to overseas universities for exchange and study, credits for relevant courses can be confirmed if they meet the relevant regulations of the school.

VI. Course Setting and Credit Assignment

For the postgraduate courses, the credit system applies, and the total credits required to be taken are not less than 28 credits, of which there should be not less than 24 credits for the course, 2 credits for the academic activities, and 2 credits for the practical activities. The specific structure is:

1. Basic courses: 2 public basic courses with 8 credits; 2 subject basic courses with 6 credits.

2. Elective courses: 2 credits for each elective course, and at least 10 credits should be taken.

3. Innovative practice: 2 credits for academic seminars and 2 credits for practical parts.

4. Supplementary courses: graduate students with non-management undergraduate majors should also make up 1 to 2 undergraduate technical courses. The scores of the supplementary courses must be qualified but no credits will be counted. Graduate students with the matching academic ability must take at least two undergraduate courses according to the tutor’s supplementary requirements. The scores of the supplementary courses must be qualified but no credits will be counted.

VII. Innovative Practice

The business management major emphasizes the cultivation of innovative practical ability, and takes the innovative practices as a compulsory part for graduate students, specifically including academic seminars and other practical forms, for a total of 4 credits.

1. Academic seminars: In order to broaden the academic horizons of graduate students, and encourage graduate students to focus on and understand the development of the frontier of the discipline, the curriculum of this major will include high-level academic reports and lectures on the frontier of the discipline for graduate students. Each master, each graduate student is required to participate in academic forums, academic lectures, academic conferences and other academic seminars within and outside the school for no less than 10 times, give lectures on academic lectures no less than 2 times, and write at least one piece of professional literature review. Academic seminars count for 2 credits.

2. Other forms of practice: including scientific research practice, teaching practice and social practice (including social survey, production practice), etc.; those practices count for 2 credits. Among the practices, scientific research practice must be selected, and at least one of teaching practice and social practice should be selected.

The forms of scientific research practice include participating in the research of supervisors, completing independent application of scientific research projects, and participating in research projects of talent training bases and subject research bases. The forms of teaching practice include classroom lectures, correction of homework, guiding experiments, answering questions and solving problems, etc. The form of social practice can be social survey, technology promotion, consultation, technology development, professional internship and public welfare labor, etc. The assessment of teaching practice and social practice is comprehensively assessed by the departments and instructors that accept graduate students to participate in the practice.

Each time a graduate student participates in academic seminars and other practical forms, a detailed record and an academic experience of not less than 2,000 words are required. A personal innovative practice activity manual will be formed before graduation, which is assessed by the tutor or subject group, and after the manual passes the assessment, the senior thesis presentation can be arranged.

VIII. Mid-Term Assessment

After the completion of the course and before starting the thesis, graduate students need to take a mid-term assessment. The mid-term assessment should include ideological and political performance, basic theories, mastery of professional knowledge, literature reading review reports, and scientific research capabilities.

IX. Scientific Research and Thesis

1. Scientific research

Graduate students should obtain certain scientific research results during their studies. The specific forms and requirements are determined by each degree evaluation subcommittee based on the overall requirements of the school and the “Basic Requirements for Master’s Degree” issued by each discipline, and should not be lower than the minimum requirements of the school.

2. Thesis

The thesis is an important indicator for comprehensively measuring the quality of postgraduate training and academic level. To ensure the quality of the thesis, a strict thesis review system is implemented.

(1) Thesis topic

At the end of the third semester, the title of graduation (degree) thesis with theoretical and practical significance is determined, and the thesis research plan is written through the thesis opening report.

(2) Thesis work inspection

The working time of master’s students for the thesis is generally not less than one year. The supervisor group regularly checks the progress and completion of the thesis writing plan and gives targeted guidance.

(3) Thesis presentation and degree award

Thesis check, pre-review (pre-presentation), review, presentation, and degree award are strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements of Shandong Normal University.

The standard format of the thesis, the quality standard of the thesis, and the review and presentation of the thesis must comply with the regulations of the state degree regulations, the new requirements of the state to further make progress in the reform of postgraduate education, the work rules of Shandong Normal University for degree awarding and other relevant documents.

X. Graduation and Degree Award

After completing the postgraduate study period, completing the required credits, obtaining the grades, and completing the required training parts such as innovative practice, mid-term assessment, thesis, etc., passing the thesis presentation, graduation will be granted; after review and approval by the school degree evaluation committee, a master’s degree in management can be awarded.

XI. Other Regulations

Other requirements for the training of foreign students shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school.
