商学院全英授课团队开展英语强化培训

为提升英文授课能力，保证课堂教学效果，全英授课团队于2020年11月7日、14日及15日在千佛山校区开展了为期三整天的英语强化培训。

学院特聘请了济南新东方资深培训师吴广岩老师和李月白老师为主讲老师。吴广岩老师为英国伯明翰大学企业管理硕士，专业英语八级，语言功底深厚。李月白老师为伦敦大学英语语言学硕士，雅思8分，专业英语八级。两位老师均有多年的口语/企培教学经验。

此次培训目的是提升全英团队的英文授课能力，培训内容涵盖基础口语组织、课堂指令、课堂表达、教学大纲撰写、作业讲解、课堂互动组织、思维启发、模拟演练等八大模块。培训内容紧紧围绕“服务于课堂教学”的主线，具有极强的针对性和实用性。

在培训过程中，吴广岩老师和李月白老师幽默的授课风格、丰富的知识储备受到了老师们的一致认可。两位老师基于自身多年的教学经验，组织了讲师讲述、个人练习、小组互动、现场展示等多样化的教学形式，全英团队的老师们在学、思、动和练中圆满完成了各个模块的学习任务。每一位参与培训的老师均全情投入，认真学习吸收，深度互动讨论，充分将两位老师的英语教学技巧和经验融入到自身课程中去，并结合自己所授课程进行了反思和提升。

经过此次培训，全英教学团队的各位教师对全英授课的教学模式、表达技巧、课堂组织等均有了更为深刻的体会和认知。此次培训为接下来要大力推进的全英教学任务打下了良好的基础，提振了全英团队的授课信心，提升了英语教学能力，培训目的圆满实现。 

The Full-English Teaching Team Took Intensive English Training

In order to improve the English teaching ability and ensure the effectiveness of classroom teaching, the English teaching team held a three-day English intensive training in November 2020.

Senior trainers Mr. Wu Guangyan and Mr. Li Yuebai from Jinan New Oriental School were hired. The purpose of this training was to improve the English teaching ability of the team. The training content covered eight modules including basic oral English organization, class instruction, class expression, teaching outline writing, homework explanation, class interaction organization, thinking inspiration, simulation exercise and so on. The training content were carefully designed according to main theme of "ServingClassroomTeaching", with strong pertinence and practicability.

After this training, all the teachers in the teaching team had a more profound understanding of the teaching mode, expression skills, class organization .This training has laid a good foundation for the following teaching tasks, boosted the teaching confidence of the teaching team, improved the English teaching ability.
