朱瑾，女，副教授，硕士生导师，管理学博士，人力资源教研室主任，美国威斯康星大学访问学者。2004年进入山东师范大学从事教学科研工作，研究方向市场营销、创新管理、人力资源管理等，近年来主要研究兴趣聚焦在线社群的创新和迭代等问题。朱瑾老师教授管理学、营销学、管理经济学、组织行为学、物流与供应链管理等20余门本科、硕士课程。获得中国MBA优秀指导老师奖（2019）、校级优秀教学奖5次。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科基金、国家软科学、省软科学项目多项，主持教育部产学协同育人项目1项、参与3项。出版专著1本，教材4本，发表CSSCI论文12篇，北大核心期刊论文4篇，国家级论文30余篇。
朱瑾老师有指导大学生创新创业竞赛项目十年以上的经验，指导MBA学生团队参加全国创青春创业大赛取得全国铜奖，MBA学生个人获山东省研究生优秀实践成果奖二等奖，本科生获得的创业竞赛包括创青春省级竞赛一等奖、电子商务三创赛全国一等奖、齐鲁大学生创业竞赛一等奖等多次。指导大学生创新创业训练计划项目7项，本科生科研训练项目6项，本科科研基金项目1项。指导的学生获得省级优秀硕士论文1次、校级优秀硕士论文2次、校级优秀学士论文3次。
Dr. Jin Zhu is an associate professor and supervisor of masters, who was a visiting scholar of University of Wisconsin, USA. In 2004, she joined Shandong Normal University to engage in teaching and scientific research. And she is now director of human resources management section. Her research interests include marketing, innovation management, and human resource management, etc. In recent years, her main research interests focus on the innovation and iteration of online communities. Ms. Zhu teaches more than 20 courses for undergraduate and postgraduate, including Management, Marketing, Management Economics, Organizational Behavior, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She has won the Chinese Outstanding Instructor Award of MBA(2019) and the Outstanding Teaching Award in SDNU for 5 times. She has led or participated in a number of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education, National Soft Science and Provincial Soft Science Projects, and has presided over a project of collaborative education between industry and education of the Ministry of Education and participated in 3 projects. She has published 1 monograph, 4 textbooks, 12 CSSCI papers, 4 core journals of core journals, and more than 30 other papers.
Ms. Zhu have much experience of guiding college students' innovative entrepreneurship competition project. She guide the MBA student teams take part in the national youth entrepreneurship competition and born the national bronze. Her MBA student has won the second prize of outstanding practice achievement for graduate students in Shandong province, and the undergraduate students have won the first prize in the youth entrepreneurship competition including the provincial competition, electronic commerce and the national first prize, Qilu college students’ entrepreneurship competition first prize for many times. She has advised 7 innovation and entrepreneurship training programs for college students, 6 scientific research training programs for undergraduate students, and 1 research fund project for undergraduate scientific. The students under her supervision have won provincial excellent master's thesis, university excellent master's thesis and university excellent bachelor's thesis.
