肖丁丁，男，管理学博士，副教授、博士生导师，现任山东师范大学商学院院长助理，国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家，中国管理研究学会（IACMR）会员。
一直从事组织管理、创新管理领域的研究工作，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、面上项目1项、重点项目子课题1项，山东省自然科学基金、山东省社科规划项目、济南市社科规划项目等省部级项目以及政府委托项目10余项，在《管理学报》、《科研管理》等基金委管理学部认定期刊发表论文30余篇，出版专著1部。
先后承担《战略管理》、《人力资源管理》、《创新管理》等本科与研究生课程，获得山东省青年教师教学比赛三等奖、山东师范大学青年教学能手、优秀教学奖等奖项。先后指导本科生参加“创青春”、三创赛等获得国家级一等奖、省级特等奖，获得大学生创新创业训练计划项目国家级立项，以及山东省优秀学士学位论文等荣誉。

He has been engaged in research work in the field of organization management and innovation management, presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, 1 General Project, 1 Key Project Sub-project, there are more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects such as Shandong Natural Science Foundation, Shandong Social Science Planning Project, Jinan social science planning projects and government commissioned projects. More than 30 papers and 1 monograph have been published in journals recognized by the Management Department of the National Fund Committee such as "Chinese Journal of Management" and "Scientific Research Management".
He has undertaken "Strategic Management", "Human Resource Management", "Innovation Management" and other undergraduate and graduate courses, won the third prize of Shandong Young Teacher Teaching Competition, Shandong Normal University Young Teaching Expert, Excellent Teaching Award and other awards. He has successively guided undergraduates to participate in the "Creative Youth", the three-creation competition, etc. to win the national first prize, the provincial special prize, the national level project of the college student innovation and entrepreneurship training program, and the excellent bachelor degree thesis of Shandong Province.
