由雪梅(1981.11--)，山东蓬莱人，计算机软件与理论博士，山东师范大学商学院副教授，硕士生导师，商学院信息管理系党支部书记。
研究方向：复杂网络分析，智能优化算法、工程项目管理
目前主要从事复杂网络分析、智能优化算法、工程项目管理等方面的研究。主持国家自然基金青年项目1项、山东省自然基金面上项目1项、高等学校科技计划项目1项，在国内外学术期刊上发表SCI/EI检索论文15篇，并做为骨干成员参与国家基金5项，省部级项目6项。主要讲授课程为：《运筹学》、《离散数学》、《数据挖掘》等。潜心探索教学，获山东省青教赛一等奖，多次获得学校优秀教学奖。指导学生获奖情况：全国大学生数学建模省赛一等奖2项，省二等奖4项，大学生创新创业训练计划国家级立项1项，指导本科生优秀毕业论文2项。

Working Experience
Since July 2011, I have been engaged in teaching and scientific research in Shandong Normal University.
Main teaching courses: Operations Research, Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, Advanced Statistics, Discrete Mathematics, Data Mining, Deep Learning Theory and Application, etc.
Scientific Research:
In the past few years, I have presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project, one Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation General Project, and one University Science and Technology Plan Project. I have published 15 SCI/EI indexed papers in academic journals at home and abroad. As a key member, I participated in 5 national fund projects and 6 provincial and ministerial level projects.
Teaching Research:
I won the first prize of Shandong Provincial Youth Education Competition and won the school's Outstanding Teaching Award for many times. Guided students to win awards: 2 first prizes and 4 second prizes in the National Mathematical Modeling Contest for College Students, 1 national innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students, and 2 outstanding graduation theses for undergraduate students.
