山东师范大学副教授、硕士生导师,管理学博士、教育学博士后


        姜道奎,男,山东济宁人,山东师范大学副教授、硕士生导师管理学博士、教育学博士后,研究领域为组织行为与人力资源管理。2017年派遣到韩国又石大学工作一年。参与或主持国家社科、教育部等纵向课题及企事业单位咨询课题20余项。在Marine PolicyMaritime Policy & Management中国人力资源开发等SSCICSSCI期刊发表学术论文20余篇,出版学术专著3部,参编教材1,是Asia Pacific Journal of ManagementMaritime Policy & ManagementOcean and Coastal ManagementIACMR期刊、会议匿名审稿人。中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)会员中国人力资源开发研究会会员中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会会员获得山东省人力资源社会保障优秀科研成果二等奖1项、山东省高等学校人文社会科学优秀成果三等奖1项。指导3名毕业生获得山东师范大学本科优秀学位论文,2名毕业生获得山东省本科优秀学位论文。主要讲授《战略管理》《人力资源管理》《绩效管理》等课程。



       Daokui Jiang, male, from Jining, Shandong Province, is an associate professor and master tutor of Shandong Normal University. He is a doctor of management and a postdoctoral student of education. His research field is organizational behavior and human resource management. In 2017, he was dispatched to Woosuk University, South Korea to work for one year. He participated in more than 20 vertical projects such as National Social Sciences, Ministry of Education and consulting projects of enterprises and institutions. He has published more than 20 academic papers, 3 academic monographs and 1 textbook in Marine Policy, Maritime Policy & Management, Human Resources Development of China and other SSCI and CSSCI journals. He is an anonymous reviewer of Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Maritime Policy & Management, Ocean and Coastal Management, IACMR and other journals and conferences. He is a member of IACMR, member of Chinese Association of Human Resource Development, and member of Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics. He has won the Second prize of excellent scientific research achievements of human resources and social security in Shandong Province and the Third prize of outstanding achievements in Humanities and social sciences of Shandong Universities. Three graduates were instructed to obtain excellent undergraduate dissertations of Shandong Normal University, and two graduates were instructed to obtain excellent undergraduate dissertations of Shandong Province. He mainly teach "strategic management", "human resource management", "performance management" and other courses.
