张静(1981.04--)，山东高密人，会计学博士，山东师范大学商学院副教授，硕士生导师，中国会计学会会员，注册会计师。
研究方向：公司财务和公司治理，资本市场和信息披露。

Scientific Research:
In the past five years, I have published 7 papers in Chinese and English magazines, such as Nankai Business Review, Nankai Business Review International and Finance & Accounting Monthly. I participated in high-level Chinese and English conferences and reported papers for many times, and won the third prize of 2018 National Business Accounting Academic Paper of Accounting Society for Foreign Economic Relations & Trade of China in 2018.
