郭金金,1982年8月生，山东德州人。管理学博士。主讲《项目管理》、《房地产开发项目管理》、《房地产概论》、《物业管理》等课程。主要研究方向：房地产经济与政策，产业组织与管理控制。主持产学合作协同育人教育部课题3项，参与完成省部级课题多项，参编教材5部，在《中国软科学》等期刊发表论文10余篇。指导全国大学生房地产策划大赛获国家一等奖；指导“KJ杯”全国大学生房地产软件大赛获二等奖；指导尖峰时刻商业运营模拟大赛获省二等奖；指导国家级、省级大学生创新创业项目多项；指导本科生发表论文10余篇。
