施一丹，山东师范大学商学院讲师，获得浙江大学企业管理专业博士学位。为本科生讲授战略管理、经济法等课程，为企业管理专业硕士研究生讲授公司治理课程。目前的研究兴趣主要集中在比较公司治理及其对企业成长的影响，新创企业商业模式创新与成长研究。
Yidan Shi is an assistant professor at Business School, Shandong Normal University. She received her PhD in Enterprise Management from Zhejiang University, China. She teaches strategy management, economic law for undergraduate students, and corporate governance for graduate students in the major of enterprise management. Her current research focuses on comparative corporate governance and its impact on firm growth, the business model innovation and growth of start-ups.
