李奕莹个人简介
李奕莹（1986.11--），中共党员，山东威海人，获山东大学管理学博士学位，所学专业为管理科学与工程。2017年9月到山东师范大学商学院工作，工商管理系讲师，MBA专业学位导师。长期从事信息管理与信息系统、在线社区知识管理、企业开放式创新等领域的研究工作。目前主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项，山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金课题2项以及省、部级科研基金课题2项。近五年在《商业经济与管理》、《中国科技论坛》、《情报杂志》等核心期刊发表论文，多次参加高水平的国际会议并报告论文，2021年获第四届中国留韩经济管理年会优秀论文三等奖。主要讲授运营管理、信息资源管理、管理学、企业资源规划、管理研究方法、创业管理等课程。
SELF-INTRODUCTION
Yiying Li (1986.11--), Party member of CPC, a native of Weihai, Shandong Province, with a PhD in management from Shandong University, majoring in Management Science and Engineering. I came to work in Business School of Shandong Normal University in September 2017, with a professional title of lecturer and MBA tutor in Business Administration Department. I am engaged in the research of information management and information systems, online community knowledge management, enterprise open innovation and other fields. At present, I have presided over one general project of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and one youth project of Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, participated in two projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and two projects of provincial and ministerial scientific research funds. In the past five years, I have published many papers in Journal of Business Economics, Forum on Science and Technology in China, Journal of Intelligence and other core journals. I participated in high-level international conferences and reported papers for many times, and won the third prize of excellent paper of the 4th Chinese Economics and Management Annual Conference. My teaching courses mainly include Operation Management, Information Resource Management, Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Management Research Methods and Entrepreneurship Management, etc.
