In order to improve the English teaching ability and ensure the effectiveness of classroom teaching, the English teaching team held a two-day English intensive training in November 2021.
Unlike last year's training, the content of this training is more compact and focused on the main line of "serving classroom teaching", with emphasis on teaching practical classroom teaching skills. The basic content of the training covers eight modules: basic oral organization, classroom instructions, classroom expression, syllabus writing, homework explanation, classroom interaction organization, thinking inspiration, simulation exercises and so on.
This training still employs Jinan New Oriental senior trainer Mr. Wu Guangyan and Ms. Li Yuebai as the main instructors. Ms. Li Yuebai has a master's degree in English linguistics from the University of London, an IELTS score of 8 and a professional English level 8. Mr. Wu Guangyan has a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Birmingham, UK, with a grade 8 in English and a strong language background. Both teachers have many years of experience in teaching speaking and enterprise training.
During the training, the two teachers continued their humorous and interesting teaching style. Based on their own years of teaching experience, they organized diverse teaching forms such as lecturer narration, individual practice, group interaction, and live demonstration, etc. Participants successfully completed the learning tasks of each module in learning, thinking, moving and practicing. Every teacher who participated in the training was fully engaged, learning and absorbing seriously, interacting and discussing deeply, fully integrating the English teaching skills and experience of the two teachers into their own courses.
The training continued to strengthen the language foundation of all-English teaching and boosted the confidence of the all-English team in teaching.
为提升英文授课能力，保证课堂教学效果，全英授课团队于2021年11月21日及28日在千佛山校区开展了为期2整天的英语强化培训。
与去年的培训不同，此次培训的内容设计更加紧凑，并紧紧围绕“服务于课堂教学”的主线，重点突出实用课堂教学技巧的讲授。培训的基本内容涵盖：基础口语组织、课堂指令、课堂表达、教学大纲撰写、作业讲解、课堂互动组织、思维启发、模拟演练等八大模块。此次培训仍然聘请了济南新东方资深培训师吴广岩老师和李月白老师为主讲老师。李月白老师为伦敦大学英语语言学硕士，雅思8分，专业英语八级。吴广岩老师为英国伯明翰大学企业管理硕士，专业英语八级，语言功底深厚。两位老师均有多年的口语和企培教学经验。
在培训过程中，两位老师延续了幽默风趣的授课风格，基于自身多年的教学经验，组织了讲师讲述、个人练习、小组互动、现场展示等多样化的教学形式，全英团队的老师们在学、思、动和练中圆满完成了各个模块的学习任务。每一位参与培训的老师均全情投入，认真学习吸收，深度互动讨论，充分将两位老师的英语教学技巧和经验融入到自身课程中去，并结合自己所授课程进行了反思和提升。
此次培训继续夯实了全英教学的语言基础，提振了全英团队的授课信心，参与的每位老师对全英授课的教学模式、表达技巧、课堂组织等均有了更为深刻的体会和认知，培训目的圆满实现。
